Estee Lauder Cheek Rush Gel Blush

Since the weather is finally starting to get warm (thanks Mother Nature!), it’s time to rethink how we approach our makeup application to accommodate the heat and humidity that comes with spring and summer.  As an oily girl, as much as I love my powder blushes, they tend to oxidize so much more because of the change in climate, which can result in a dirty looking blush or a much darker tone than intended.  Estee Lauder has just launched a new water-based collection of gel blushes called Cheek Rush Gel Blush ($28).   These sound pretty promising.  The packaging alone is colorful and cheerful and the shade offering is universal, so needless to say, I am intrigued!  The four piece collection include shades in Hot Fuse, Pink Patent, Techno Jam, and X-Pose Rose and they are currently available at Nordstrom or Estee Lauder.
